Plan Haus provides Civil, Structural, and Stormwater Engineering for residential projects, along with DA, CDC, and CC documentation where required.

We prepare clear, buildable plans and coordinate the supporting reports needed to move projects from design to construction.
We work with homeowners, builders, and designers who want clarity and support during the early stages of planning and approvals.
Required documents vary depending on the site and council. Once engaged, we review planning controls and site conditions to confirm what is required and coordinate all necessary documentation.
Anytime you’re starting to think about planning, approvals, or next steps. The earlier you reach out, the easier it is to avoid confusion later. If you have any Architectural plans or Survey plans you can send them over.
Many projects receive requests for additional documentation during assessment. Our role is to help clarify what’s being requested and assist with coordinating the required updates so the approval can keep moving.
